I had paid for upgradation of connection to fibre on 31st jan.. Its 13 March today and it has still not been done.. Plus the wifi connection is pathetic.. I paid for 100 mbps and get 3-30 mbps only.. The service team is unreponsive and keeps giving excuses.. They dont care for customers problems and there is no solution to service failures.. My recommendation - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO EXCITEL, if you do, be prepared to drain yourself..You wont get the speed they promise, there will be frequent disconnections and to top it all their customer service is pathetic and is unable to resolve any of the issues..
