The overall internet speed was good when I had the connection.
The worst part is their customer support and it is a highly important part for me thus 2 stars. The executives are unprofessional and unhelpful. They don’t address concerns properly and often fail to provide clear solutions. Calling them feels like a waste of time, as most issues remain unresolved.
Despite multiple complaints, the service quality hasn’t improved. I expected better from a reputed broadband provider, but Excitel has been nothing but a disappointment.
If you’re looking for reliable internet and decent customer service, I strongly advise against choosing Excitel. Save yourself the frustration and look for a provider that values its customers. I don’t know if other companies are same too but this is downright bad.
