I have been using Excitel since 2 -3 years now. Although the quality was average I kept using it because of no other better option in my area.
Now since last few weeks my router doesn’t switch on in 3 to 4 hour time. If I switch on 6 AM it will become active only by 10 AM or may be later. Complaint 3 times but complaints is closed without visiting and email and message comes that your connection issue complaint is resolved.
May be excitel team reached my place in their dream and solved the issue. Pathetic.
I have paid for a year but will be disconnecting it after that
