EXCITEL BROADBAND PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am a user of excitel since 2021 and it was very good in terms of service and reliability but now the service is changed and they do not care about their customers as I am facing the issue from last two months but still they are not able to detect the issue and only saying their favorite words " We are working on it". I do not recommend excitel to the people of Delhi-NCR it’s better to go for JIO if you have availability in your area. I am giving 3 stars because of there is not option of selecting below than that.
