Internet provided by excitel is OK.
However customer support is worst. It has been 3 months of closing the connection and I haven’t recieved my refund yet.
Raised numerous concern on their app, spoken many time with their customer support team.
Refund is awaited still.
Never subscribe to Excitel broadband.
