Using excitel from last 5 months and no regular connectivity at all and I am calling customer service again and again for the same thing and they never sent a executive to resolve this.As of now I am using 799 plan for 20 MBPS but it disconnected automatically and we will wait for customer service to raise and esclate and this is unacceptable service.Paying for somthing I never get.Today It has fiber issue and no one has shared any details for that and why Its so poor connectivity in my area while others dont have any issue.Plz dont use excitel.Its unaceeptable service from this company
