Its these corrupt companies responsible for lack of progress of the country. Services like internet exist in the developed nations to accelerate growth and development. Companies like Excitel are the opposite( suppressors not enablers), they exist to loot. And have no account for the customers wasted time. They hire incompetent partners who needs to be reminded to move their behind to do their job what they are paid for, by the consumers. And its a win win for the Excitel, on one end they charge you prepaid, days go by and the customers barely use the service because it is non existent or non functional. And call it a issue at the local partner. If that is the case replace the local partner with a better one? Or better stop expanding your customer base on false promises. The statements of you expanding are to give a false sense, when I can truly rate based on performance it is poor!
