Customer care quality going down

Initially, excitel was very good in terms of service customer care and speed.


But the past 1 month all these parameters of satisfaction are going down to the lowest level this is very disappointing.


The customer care executives are pathetic in handling handling customers. I recently was allured to subscribe for fibre connection. The time for the installation was given as 24 days. But to my total disappointment the executive kept on repeating rudely and arrogantly that the standard time for installation is 30 days. To date, no one has contacted for resolving this issue.


Hope excitel will be restoring there quality satisfaction levels.
