Refund issue

Worst company with worst customer service..


I have paid a thousand bucks in advance for some infrastructure change to fiber device as they assured me this will help to increase internet speed. First they said it will take 30 days for this installation. Now it’s been more than 2 months no device change no refund. I am calling their customer care on daily basis but the executives have no idea how to treat customers. Even their manager or team leaders are useless. I spoke with Abhishek, Shashi, Kratika and several of their employees...they know how to fool customers with voice without providing any solution. Don’t trust this fake company.
