EXCITEL BROADBAND PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My experience of using Excitel broadband was ruined by their failure to refund my security deposit even more than 6 months after disconnection and submission of router. Their customer care has been of no help in this regard and has only been giving false assurances. My complaints lie unresolved on the app after many months. They need to put more focus on customer care and not withhold customers money
