I took a 6 month plan. On some days the speed was perfect. Felt nice. But on 10 out of 30 days a month the speed would randomly drop to 1 MBPS. The customer care team would make you restart your router, restart your computer, basically do a bunch of random things for thirty minutes based on a standard script and then promise to send a technician who would come five days later. Each time the problem ended up being their server issue. I suspect they throttle it.
But what made me abandon them was when for 2 weeks straight there was NO connection. I called, wrote emails, and finally they promised to extend my plan by 2 weeks. They broke that promise at the end and claimed I was lying. Overall, they charge you for say 30 days, but imagine that you dont have any internet for 7 days and slow internet for 15. Youll realize its a sham.
Sincerely hope they get their act together and show greater professionalism. Till then know that youre in for a bad deal even though it appears to be cost effective.
