I am using excitel for past 4 months and I love it. Pings are as low as 2-3 ms, consistently getting download speed of 2.5MB/s(its byte and not bit, Google it if don’t know the difference). I was bit afraid of service quality in beginning(because) of my experience with Tikona(worst ISP, don’t go for it, even if it’s the only ISP available).
In the initial months there were some connection issues(but were resolved quickly in less than 15-30 min). Go for it.
