Last month I have decided to switch to excitel due to some issue with internet service provider.It was my worst experience with excitel, I have listen lots of positive reviews about excitel but the things gone really worst with me.
The first wrong thing is the unskilled employee and bad customer care support, when I registered to excitel then after two days they call me for completing formalities and after three days a employee came to me asked for my ID proof and RS 500, I believed on him and gave them then he said tomorrow you would receive a call for installation but this my fault to gave him money. Tomorrow, day after tomorrow and 3 days more passed no one called then I called up on the employee phone number but the number was switched off, i get worried then I decided to get customer care support to find out that employee and I succeed to find office number of employee and after arguing half an hour, he told me that tomorrow we would complete installation and finally I got my new internet connection but still the problem existed that was I have not received my userid and password from excitel. One thing is appreciable that is the good internet speed, the connection is good even in bad weather. I have recommended exictel you on your own risk.
