I have been using this excitel broadband since from last 6 months, their service is good but the problem came from that point where the intervention of local network provider came.
local network providers will not pick your call, gives you fake commitments, never want to understand the problem, one more problem with this is whenever you complaint about your service they take time upto 12-24 hrs which is insane I mean how can someone remain without internet for so much time, and when you have to work on it.
Excitel your services are good, your plans are better but just think about your local network providers they are ruining your name, because of which you guys are facing problem.
