Iam using this broadband from last 2 days, they promise us while setup the connection that the service is 24* 7 whuch attract me alot.
Last night I feel some laging in the speed so I tried to contact them but after 10 minutes of continue call I didn’t contact them they just said all reprsentatives are busy attending other calls, but I feel there is no one in the office because I have tried many times but the response is same.
Today even I contact them but the situation is same and till now my internet couldn’t start.
This prove that they don’t even care about that and some of my friends are also using excitel but no one is there who is happy with there services.
Now i’m planning to disconnect this service within month as I pay 1 month rent.
So guys please avoid this broadband.
