This is another fraud in category of broadband. Excitel has tied up with local cabelwallas and provide poor internet and services. I got a broadband connection on Sunday June 26 and it stopped working after 1 hour of installation. I called them around 100 times but the provider KANTON CABLES does not pick the phone.
When I got lucky they sent a guy next day to fix the internet who replaced the modem and again it stopped working after 20 minutes after he left.
Now since morning I am calling the service provider. They have stopped taking my calls because they do not want to fix the internet. I wasted my money. Their services are pathetic and the support staff and linemen are rude.
Do not opt for Excitel Broadband services. They are even worse than MTNL.
