Poorest of poor service provider is Excitel Broadband services. I lives in Karampura but to my surprise the net is not working since 8th of May 2016 and I called up customer support no . mentioned at Excitel site and had a word with executive Mr. Himanshu .
This was really surprising that the executive refused to register the complaint.
So I would suggest do not go to these cheap and small broadband operators for internet services rather than go for Airtel the Best service provider in india .
I have not disconnected my previous service provider Airtel services so I am going to continue services with then only .
