Every 3rd day there is a downtime of 3-4 hours. Customer care always taking complaint with a resolution time of 24 hours and automatically issue get resolved. Their tie up with local cable operators sucks. They always give 3-4 hours of TAT after that they stopped answering calls. I will definitely switch to some other network by next cycle. Dont go for excitel.
