Review after 6 months:
"Connection has been restored, Issue is fixed, thanks for waiting" This is worst than MTNL. Don’t BUY!

Now the situation is different connection is reliable, speed is good in steam downloads and windows updates. Some sites do load less than 2 Mbps on 75mbps connection though.
