Very pathetic service and worst customer support provided by Excitel in Govindpuram Ghaziabad. it’s been 20 days and same issue - slow speed and no internet for full day or even 2 days after that it runs only for 1 day. no customer support and untrained executive. called customer care to raise a ticket for no internet and that guy asked me to recharge my account again as he has no info regarding my account. I did recharge twice but no internet. after all this I recharged for 2 months because of untrained customer care executive and now no refund and no internet. I have wasted my 20 days just to call them and share screenshot all the time and 2 months recharge amount. don’t waste your money and time as you will end up with frustration.
