I had booked a room in this hotel for my guest who were arriving at Mumbai. The pictures which the hotel uploaded on the website were fake and also the charges of the room were too high. Also the hotel don’t have any parking facilities and no garden and were falsely mentioned on the website. The staff working here don’t have any ethics in how to behave and talk. They just talk rudely. Their attitude towards the tourist is weird. The services they provide is really bad. There is no cleanliness in the room. Also the condition of the room and washroom were bad. The air conditioner were there only for show piece and were not working at all. We just complained about this thing and they ignore us. Also the quality of the food they serve is bad and of low quality. I would suggest never stay in this hotel whenever you visit Mumbai as you will have really bad experience and will spoil your vacation.
