Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra : I want to share my opinion about this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my friends. I booked the room through the hotel and did payment in advance.
Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra My Room: I booked for two ac bedrooms with double bed. When we reached there they showed us the bedrooms with a single bed. I showed my payment details and the order no with double bed. But they told the double bedrooms are not available at that time.
Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra: Very Pricey I argued with them for a few hours, at last, they reduced the cost and gave a single bedroom only. I went with 6 friends, so for us, it was very difficult to stay for 3 days with a single bed.
Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra Friendly-Staff: The staffs were not helpful and not considering the customer’s request. They are not maintaining the rooms properly. We stayed in the room with old curtains and furniture. In the restroom, the taps and the facilities were very pathetic. Sometimes the taps didn’t work properly.
Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra UnhygienicThey are not changing the towels and bed covers daily. When I asked about this matter to one of the staff he scolded me and told that is none of their business.
Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra Atmosphere: The ambiance is good. But not cleaned the place. The food is good but didn’t get sufficient food whatever we want. Food Quantity was very less.
Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra Wifi-Connectivity: They are providing wifi connection but there was no 3G support and sometimes disconnected the Internet while using.
Exec. Enclave Commando - Bandra A big No No:Comparatively with another hotel here it is too expensive and not affordable for common people. Overall I am not happy with this hotel and won’t refer to anyone.
