I am at Bangalore. I bought exide battery(model MLDIN66) for my 4 wheeler 10 months back. The battery is down suddenly(Battery is not much used, but regularly being used for a short time).
I had raised request regarding Exide Vehicle Battery. The request number is 41713 and 41830 in exide portal.
The initial status of the service request was’Your Exide Batmobile Technician is assigned’. Later suddenly, the service request was changed to’Your exide Batmobile service request has successfully cancelled’. My service request was unnecessarily cancelled without any intimation and update. Also we cannot get the grievance officer’s contact number or escalation contact numbers anywhere in the exide portal.
My advice is not to expect service from exide so soon and stay away from Exide Battery purchase for 2 reasons 1. Battery goes down so soon. 2. The service requests for Battery complaints dont get response and the service requests gets cancelled abruptly without resolution. Bottom line is stay away from exide battery purchase.
