I am a user of Exide inverter, I used it one month but I am not satisfied with this UPS. I bought it about 6000/- rupees I fell lots of problem with this product. The first problem is its have not any manual function for electricity problem. all electricity user fell little bit problem on it. and its maximum backs up 3 to 4 hours it’s not a user-friendly product. Style and design are also not very cool to look its look like a small box.
I call for service one time but its very bad support, It takes 9 days for support.
