I am an ex-employee of exl pune. If you are looking for job security in a back office process and money and growth is not a concern look no further. Work environment is good, transportation is well organized, management is lenient on performance and attendance as long as its not a ongoing issue. Excellent platform to learn and grow as an individual.
No camera cells allowed. Smoker unfriendly. Policies and procedures are well in place and employee friendly. Food available on coupon system is pathetic, but there are other options. If you like to bring your own food then security system is a crap. Lot of in house training modules for job-oriented skills like presentation skills, ms excel. Also corporate pgdba from symbiosis is available.
They lost processes in 2007-08. When I left they were left with British gas(back office) and Allstate Motor Insurance(voice). The Aviva BOT process is now with WNS. I am not aware of any new processes.
