I have been part of EXL for 20 months, and it was truly a bad experience. Everything is mismanaged with no care for employee satisfaction. It is like those old Govt offices where nothing seems to be working especially for the employees.
After 5 months of leaving the firm they still haven’t released the F&F and no body seems to have a bloody idea whats on in their own organization. it is these kind of companies that let down the whole MNC thing in India. if you want to have career and work in good environment stay away from this trash hole.
