I worked in EXL up to upto one year its my second company, According to me good place to work and yes you can think for long time carrier how ever I spend only one year in this organization but that year was awsome. Multiple process and both voice and non voice process. Good company to explore
pros:
Number one is food I love that, EXL provide very good food and food quality to there employees
Number 2. Gym. Eat good and than in work out in gym
Appraisal is not to much good not to bad.

One Sided cab
Saturday Sunday less in cafe tierra
