Here’s my experience when I was a so called trainee in exltech. First of all, I would make it very clear that the good reviews that you are getting here are fake reviews and are posted by the counsellors and marketing people from the institute. Students in Exltech are so frustrated by joining exltech that they would never say anything good about the institute even if they are bribed. The counsellors called me up saying that we have a job for you in a leading MNC company. I went there to give it a shot as I was already searching for a good job. When I visited the office, instead of giving me a job, they asked me to enroll for a training which costed 1, 50, 000 . I somehow enrolled thinking that I would gain some knowledge and a good job. But when I got into the training, I found that the trainers are too casual and the training given is just like any other school teaching their kids. The counsellors make fake claims that the institute will provide 100% job during the course tenure itself. The agreement which they make is made on a simple A4 size paper and not on a bond paper. So you cannot make any claims. A lot of my batchmates have not got the job after their training. Those who got the job, they have a salary merely of 8000-10000 per month. So you go on trying for a job giving interviews externally and not depend on the institute for providing interview calls. If you get a job on your own, the institute and the so called placement team tries to take credit for it. The placement team and the management is the WORST thing you will ever come across. They try to convince you to get into sales and marketing job even if you don’t like the field. The certificate that they provide will make you laugh on the choice of training centre that you have made. They tell you that they provide ISO certified courses but it is no more than a load of crap. The softwares which they use are pirated. Training institutes are expected to have at least one licensed software which this institute does not have. I request you to please not fall into this trap. Most of the training institutes are fake. I do not want you to make the same mistake that I have made. They took all my hard earned money away leaving me nothing. If there was an option for zero stars I would have rather gone with it
