Exodus is about the great Arab-Israeli conflict before and after World War II. I think the book is quite well-written and is quite interesting, but author Leon Uris, a Jew, is quite biased against the Arabs. I think that Uris has done sufficiently well to keep the audience interested in the plot of the book, but thats all there is to it. I wrote a paper evaluating the historical validity of this book, and I found it WAS modeled after historical events, but the text made the Arabs look like the evil-doers and that certainly wasnt and isnt true. So if youre a Jew, you are probably going to like this :). Otherwise, dont bother!
