My experience with expedia.co.in has been terrible. They cancelled the first booking that I had made(website error apparently) but still charged me for it and then asked me to make the payment again to re-book the ticket. Now, my money is stuck in limbo, the bank tried what they could to help but said that expedia has already received both payments and therefore the refund will have to come from them.
Every time I call customer service I am put on hold for 30 min to 1 hour. I think they do this intentionally so that the customer gets frustrated and hangs up. I have spoken to over 10 people(idiots!) in the past 2 weeks and not one of them has been able to help me.
Piece of advice to everyone. youre better off using ANY other website. Expedia is absolutely terrible!
