I booked a hotel through Expedia, While booking I selected the Complementary Breakfast & Free Internet, But got booking confirmation with only Free Internet. no Complementary breakfast included!
On highlighting, Expedia customer support Team confirmed the mistake and apologized for this suggested to take the breakfast from the hotel and take the bill which will be reimbursed after producing the bill copy.
When I ask for the confirmation on mail about it. They refused.
I have also send mail to Expedia for record and confirmation. but they have responded once my trip is over, mentioning Complementary Breakfast bill may be reimbursed after due verification on producing the actual bills!
Now comes to the Hotel. Ginger Tree Beach Reasort.
Hotel is not good compared to price I paid for, infact same room was available with less than 50% of the price I paid through Expedia and the Hotel Front desk also offered to 10% more discount on top of this.
Hotel was complete crowded with most pathetic service any hotel can provide,
I ordered for lunch, but after waiting for 45 minutes, they informed us the order can not provided!
Once I ordered for just a cup of Tea in the cafeteria, After waiting for 30 minutes, I was told that Tea was sent to the room and since nobody was there in the room so it was not delivered!
Now about the Room.
Room is complete filled with spider net on the fan, behind the curtains, near the AC, Balcony. I have taken the snaps. incase some one wants to check.
Towel is with filled with all kinds of marks possible. I have the snaps also for this!
This is the way Expedia is cheating the customer . Pls stay away from Expedia
