I usually dont complain but the service i received was so poor from expedia.com, I couldnt let it slip away, i booked a trip to key west fl for a week just this past march and i have to tell u the reservations were screwed up the flight was screwed up and when u and call there.
You not only get put on hold for a ungodly amount of time but when they do answer everyone speaks broken English. Do we not employ English speaking people anymore? Im just saying if i cant understand them how can they understand me to help me fix my problem.
Dont book with them use someone else or use a travel agent
