It was a horrible experience. I used Expedia on 22/8/14 to book a hotel in Udaipur. Everything seemed hunky -dory till I actually called up the hotel one day prior to commence my journey only to find out that there was no booking under my name.
Astonished, I called Expedia - the response and the way they delt with the problem was highly unprofessional and derogatory . namely "Ishan" and "Niharika" - the so-called "Travel-experts. Experts my foot.those idiots didn’t even know how to talk.
