I had booked online Hotel reservation through Expedia.co.in as below:
Expedia Itinerary No.: 13420820563. Hotel: Hotel Ibis, Jaipur, Hotel Reservation: 8th Feb- 9th Feb’2015. Tariff paid: Rs. 3299.91
Expedia Itinerary No.: 13421703987. Hotel: Hotel Ibis, Jaipur, Hotel Reservation: 9th Feb - 10th Feb’2015. Tariff Paid: Rs. 5006.76
Expedia Itinerary No.: 13443272534. Hotel: Hotel Ibis, Jaipur, Hotel Reservation: 10th Feb -11th Feb’2015. Tariff Paid: Rs. 2730.96
Total Tariff Paid: Rs.11037.63. These were all reservations which could be cancelled with full refund 2 days prior to reservation date. All the 3 reservations were cancelled on 3rd Feb’2015. However till date no refund has yet been received from Expedia inspite of following up through their customer care number & Facebook link.
Be careful about using Expedia about any travel related requirements since defrauding innocent consumers seem to be one of their followed practices.
