I’m Tadakamadla Phani Sharat Chandra, I worked for Healthians for 2months as a AM. It was an horrible experience. There is zero employee satisfaction on floor and they are least bothered about it at all, all they need is revenue for the day. There is no planing, Unrealistic targets, No sources given to achieve there targets at all. No one talks on data at all and when I have asked them for data they clearly denied and said this is how they work, which is insane. Every TL and above has to work long hours no matter what happens( Including female TL’s). Salaries will never come on time, VP will never stand on this words in he has committed about Incentive, Comp Off or anything for the matter. An agent has to talk to VP if he want to go home on time, I still wonder why did they hire TL, AM & Managers if an agent has to report to VP even if they want to go on time. There will be a official holiday list published by HR which is never followed by sales heads and if we dont come of holiday it will be LOP.
Trust me on this worst company to work with and please dont work with them if you want to make your career.
