If you want to know what this bunch of daylight robbers is all about, read the text - and especially their motto - "We pack with passion and move with trust". Nothing could be farther from the truth. Good Lord, nothing worked with these guys.
For days, it was not clear where my belongings were (after they assured that it would arrive on a particular date). When it arrived, it was simply dumped outside the building. Most of the stuff was damaged. My father (who had travelled to this city just to receive the stuff) had to drag the stuff alone to the apartment, at such an age. Forget about the fact that these guys had promised that they would assemble the stuff on delivery. They did not even deliver it to the door step.
When I mailed to complain, I never got any response at all from "Ajay" and gang. Such apathy, greed, irresponsibility. On top of that look at what their site has to say about its relation to its customer:
"Our goal is to make every customer a customer for life. Our relation with our customers begin with fair, transparent and ethical behavior. We appreciate the trust that is placed in our hands every day with each move we handle. We always put our customers’ interests first, and make dependability our hallmark." Its as if preaching about vegan values while eating chicken roast.
Horrible. Stay away, cheats, dupes. Express packers are a bunch of frauds. Spread the word.
