The sole proper movie theater of Jamshedpur and that too isn’t tolerable anymore. The staff at the popcorn corner are so damned slow to function that I’ve missed the beginning of a movie because of them. The girl that picks up the phone when I ring up on the contact number has no manners and does not know how to speak to customers. Also, there is no security or any sort of conduct. I remember going for the movie Annabelle Creation and having it spoiled for me because a group of about 20 guys seated in the rows below us wouldn’t stop hooting, howling, laughing hysterically and narrating the story. I have to say I’m sick of the website, sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesn’t. In a world where people book plane tickets online you can’t get the goddamn movie tickets for eylex online. It’s neither available on Bookmyshow anymore nor can you get it on the website of Eylex. And please, this is a humble request - think over and over prior to putting up a movie in your theaters because it’s happened with me many times that I see that a movie is running in the theater and the other day it’s not. I don’t see why Lucknow Central was removed in a week when it is running in all other theaters and Newton is not even there! Being a citizen of Jamshedpur I’m totally out of options and have to put with it time and time again, I request that you at least make it bearable for your customers.
