I have tried EZMove for the first time for shifting goods from Kolkata to Pune, one of the worst experiences. The goods got loaded on 22-Jan-2017 and reached here at my Pune residence on 7th Feb, 2017.
I was informed by that the truck broke-down at Raipur.
I got an update only after following with them several times, whereas these guys claim they constantly update you.
I got to know that the truck met an accident, due to driver’s carelessness. He was under critical condition, not sure how is he now.(this info. obviously the EZMove folks are not disclosing and denying, saying that it broke down)
Condition of some of the items have been so bad, that I had to throw them. They are mentioning damaged goods was not insured during movement and hence claim process can’t be initiated.
I mentioned to them the overall insurance was provided to you. It is never possible to provide every item by item. I mentioned the same to them during insurance was provided.
What EZmove is mentionng is they are trying to get some compensation done towards the delay.(I don’t know what that means)
Horrible service by EZMove.
Will not suggest anyone to use them. Bunch of irresponsible folks.
