While I was planning to shift from Gurgaon to Noida in first week of November I had lots of inhibitions that how it will be done, whether I will get cheaper options or not, will my goods will be safe and all basis bad experience with one of the movers 2 years back and did not wanted to have similar experience again so was extra cautious.
During that I came across emovez link on facebook and thought of giving a try though I have never heard of emovez packer earlier. I was approached by Gentleman Nakul the very next day over phone. I gave him tough time with all my silly questions and to which he listened and tried to convince me patiently. When I came to know that emovez is a service aggregator and not actually the service provider I was in no mood to go in with emovez and made my mind against not using the services.
I must really appreciate Nakul for his Commendable job in convincing me to use emovez services and he did lots of confidence building by arranging - Patiently answering all my small and big queries to satisfaction. - Arranging a discussion with another customer - help in arranging a good packer with best quotation which was in my budget - ensuring all required details are shared with me advance regarding the D-Day. - ensuring all required surveys query clarification by the packer are taken care in advance so that there is no confusion during the final day.
I wish lots of good wishes and success to Nakul for his career ahead and he do well in future. Customer facing roles is one of the toughest and I must say you did a fantastic job out there.
Feedback With Respect to Global Packer
The Team sent to do the packing - was well mannered(which was my biggest wory during the initial phase)
reached on the promised time
completed the packing well in time from 8:00 AM to 12:00 all items were packed - the items were unloaded properly at the destination and shifted to the flat. - the team supervisor was managing his team well.
The Global packer team was flexible to take the payments online and shared the bank details in advance and I completed the payment as per agreement after completion of work.
Areas of improvement or Points which could have been better so that I could have given 5 out of 5
The number of cartons sent for packing were not sufficient and we fall short of almost 10 to 15 cartons even after the survey
The items have to be brought in bedsheets which I felt cannot be considered professional
The Truck left Gurgaon at 12:05 PM but could reach only at 3:40 PM to Noida.(At max the time taken is not more than 2 hours) - this led to shortage of time for unloading later in the evening as the team has to leave due to onset of no entry time - had the time been saved their I could have got the opprotunity for unpacking of more items properly. - it is 4th day after shifting today and still lots of items are kept unpacked. Had we saved 1 hour I could have got many items unpacked and saved lots of time and effort - Additional feedback to internal emovez team is that before sending out any external communication to client proper understanding shall be taken from person interacting with customer, at one point I was made to make payments before even availing of the services which was not possible for me without availing of the services.
