These guys are not service providers. They coordinate your shifting. Before packing, response was awesome. After packing, I didn’t get promised call back, My call wasn’t picked. There was delay in delivery due to all sort of stupid reasons. But nobody bothered to call and update me the status and why is it being delayed. Due to this, ended of dealing with bunch of idiots from the packers and movers(actual service provider).
So if you have to deal with the movers and packers directly for everything, why should you go with EZMOVE?
