Unprofessional and worst ever service, even the local packers and movers would provide a better service at a lower cost. Whatever they say before taking the service are simply fake promises. They don’t even bother to communicate about the type of vehicle, no of persons etc.
In my case they sent a open vehicle for intra city movement and they reached 1 hr 45 minutes late and no one bothered to inform the delay, even after calling them no bothered to update back. Though the details of household items were shared in advance, they send just 3 workers for packing and shifting.
They are just interested in their brokerage nothing else. If you want to pay extra as brokerage to them to receive a sub-standard service you can opt for them. This is my experience with them in Bangalore.
Nothing more to say. juz a worst and unprofessional service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
