I recently relocated from Bangalore to Guwahati.I did a lot of research regarding choosing an efficient packers and movers after hearing horror stories from my friends and after going through reviews on internet. Firstly when we speak about Agarwal there are 100 fake Agarwals. Original Agarwal is way too expensive. Someone suggested EZ move and they sent few vendors to choose from. I chose Maxwell reputation and price quotation wise.
My goods got delivered in perfect condition. In fact the glass items were intact. EZ move was in constant touch and was informing me about goods whereabouts through sms every other day. They were in touch till the goods were delivered and followed up again after un packing was done.
I appreciate their professionalism and sincerity. I am sure EZ move as a platform exerts more pressure on these vendors to perform professionally. I am glad that I chose EZ move instead of choosing a vendor directly.
