Ive been moving my household things for as many times. I agree last time I opted for EZmove & the person coordinated well. This time the sales person was so sweet to talk and ensure she gained confidence in the customer. After they billed me, then my actual bad time started.
Wanted to make it short. Ive never had a worst service like this before. 3 of the items worth 80K was damaged. I paid all the amount and asked them to visit and replace the damages. They disappeared thereafter. To hurt me more they didnt even bother to visit. All that was said by the person is, why didnt you check before you signed. I replied back " See on the day when they off-load the items, I spoke to you and informed that I didnt off-load 40% of items because I cannot do that with the wadrobe and then spread all over the house, 2nd and the important point to note is on humanity basis, since there was 1 person who did the off-load and fix for 4hrs continuous and I had to let him go because he did not have his food".
I got paid back very badly for trusting EZmove. I think their partner CPMC provides higher% commission and the reason being they are their chosen 1.
I can assure 100% that you will not see any EZMove guy visiting you even for once. Because they do not want to be held responsible. This makes it simple for you to chose. I have to blame myself for the happening. Do not trust is the lesson I learn.
Ive edited my review after 5months. I tried to continuously followup on the repair work which they promised after my escalation and feedback in mouthshut. But there is no use. Ive never seen such an awful service.
