The only reason I choose EZ movers and packers were because of the video they have in youtube.

First of all they don’t have their own movers and packers team. They have contract with vendors who are very unprofessional. They quotation they sent me had 4 options i.e EZ Move, vinit packers, creative etc.( Screenshot attached). it has video and review which is completely fake. I choose EZMove and confirmed before booking that if their own mover and packers as per the video and they did confirm yes but still they sent 3rd party.In my shifting they damaged my fridge, Washing machine, bed. They even broke my wardrobe. Forget about handling they didn’t even had materials and skills for packaging. When I called their customer central they were more pathetic as they kept giving me no of vendor’s manager who refused for everything. Please beware it is cheap marketing tactic with fake reviews and videos to lure customer.
