I would like to share my worst experience had with Ezmovers.I relocated from bangalore to cuttack.Approached ezmovers service for shifting my household stuffs. Ezmovers gave the task to maxwell. They came and packed entire items.I put my medical bills inside the cloth box.I thought that is the best way to secure it.
and I received it on the estimated time of 12 days. when I unpacked the cloth box and checked my medical bills., it was not there.I called ezmovers coordinating team and informed them.They said that they will check it and inform me which they never did.I sent several mails to the operation manager Sumit K for which he never gave any reply.
I sent several mails but he didnot bother to reply.I had a brain stroke and was continuing my medication, Now I am unable to continue my medication.I dont understand howcome it got missed from inside the cloth box.
Now I have completely stopped contacting them as I haven’t got any reply even after multiple chase.
Now I will have to sue ezmovers if something happens to me because of not continuing medication.
Medical reports are so vital, how can they play with our important documents?
