I used EZ shifting in April 2021. Just days before the second Lockdown began. To shift from Bangalore to Mumbai. The sales person convinced me a lot of lies, made me take insurance too.
The team came packed up the things, and while unpacking realised that things are missing like a 12, 000 Rs worth Bluetooth speaker set. And many of the expensove collective items were broken beyond repair. When questioned, the sales person admitted one of the packing guys did steal it! And said he’s sending the speaker back. The days happened nothing except false promises that it’s on its way etc. Then he said, the guy has left for his village and since it’s Covid we can’t do anything. When I said doesn’t insurance cover it, he was like that’s for accident on road or fire.
Then he refused to refund for the speaker even though he acknowledged that his team member stole it. They blocked my number too.
Don’t use them ever!!!
