I had and continue to have major problems in recovering my credit from Ezeego. After a long struggle and several phone calls, I managed to claim my credit for the advertised discount on ICICI silver cards. The discount that was indicated during my booking was never credited to me even 3 months after I completed my trip. What cheaters!
Be careful of making online payments on your credit card. They had made double debit on my credit card, making a overdraft penalty accrue in my credit card account. I am still struggling to recover my penalty for wrong double debit.
Absolutely horrible customer service.I wonder if there’s anything called customer or service in Ezeego’s world. I encourage people not to get deceived or taken away by Ezeego’s advertisement on discounts. You will have to keep tracking your credit card account to ensure no suspicious transactions originate from Ezeego. Also, it’s your headache to get credit. They don’t honor their commitments.
