This is to inform you all in case you are getting carried away with Ezeego1 false advertisements.
The offers all look great, but when it comes to execution or support this is WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ORGANISATION, AND IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AWFUL, AND THANKS TO THE CONTACT NUMBERS WHICH JUST RINGS BUT NO ONE COMES ONLINE.
Coming to the reason behind this frustration:
I have booked tickets on Ezzego1 on 1st of Nov, 07, when they gave big AD in the paper about the offer with ICICI credit cards.
I tried to book the tickets but my transaction failed twice, after giving all my credit card details.
Hence I went to the official site of Airdeccan and got my tickets for HYD to GOA( round Trip)
After this happened, and two and half hours later, I get a sms on my mobile saying that my credit card got debited of an amount of Rs.12, 315.
I mailed the customer service and got a reply that I need to get the tickets cancelled by Airdeccan and Ezeego1 cannot do it.
Later after a rigorous follow up with AirDeccan, finally they said they have credited some eleven thousand and change to the ezzego1 as that was the amount for tickets.
Now Ezeego1 needs to credit the same to my card, and I am again in the same situation, NO ANSWER.
During Last week a lady by name SANDYA MENDON from EZEEGO1 called me and equired the status, but when I tried to reach her back noone transfers the call to her and neither she calls me, inspite of assuring me that she will be following up with me regulary until the refund was given.
THIS SHOWS CLEARLY THAT EZEEGO1 IS JUST TRYING TO MINT MONEY AND ESCAPE ONE DAY!
SO GUYS BE CAREFUL. IF YOU WANT TO BE SAFE WITH YOUR CARDS PLSSSSSSSS DO NOT BOOK TICKETS ON ANY TRAVEL SITES, EXCEPT THE OFFICIAL SITES OF THE AIRLINES.
DO NOT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THESE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS.
Iam still waiting for a my refund and its been more than a month now.
