My only concern for everybody out there is ’BEWARE OF EZEEGO1.COM" it’s the most corn travel site for online booking. I had booked three tickets on their website around 10 days a ago. But to my horror after I had given my credit card details , no PNR was generated.
I thought must be a system failure, but the next day only they claimed the money from my bank.I must have send them atleast 7 to 8 emails, but just got one response that our Accounts deptt is looking into the matter.
Anyways I tried calling their helplines, I just wanted to throw my phone against the wall, except for the computer generated voice it’s bloody impossible to hear a human voice from the other end.
I think websites like EZEEGO1, are here just to make a quick buck, by placing FULL PAGE ADS in leading newspapers, they are just enticing people.
PLS PLS PLS DON’T BOOK ON EZEEGO 1, I have already been a victim, i don’t know when I will get back my money.My credit card bill has already been generated, and I am left with no choice than to pay for these tickets which were never issued
I am contemplating legal action, but only if I am able to find anyone on the other side in flesh and blood. Right now I am still searching for the EZEEGO GANG.
