I had booked my flight ticket from Bangalore to Delhi(Booking reference number: EZR-2009-291858/A) on 12th May but was not able to generate e-ticket and recieved a call from ezeego stating that the price of the ticket has been increased and thats the reason I am not able to generate the ticket.
They told me that I can cancel the ticket and the complete amount would be credited back into my account in 4-7 working days. However its been more than 20 working days and I have been calling you people with no positive response.
I called on 25th May and was informed that the amount has been credited into my account and the transaction id is 11608 and was informed to check with the bank however the bank had nothing to do with this transaction ID. Mr Aniket one of your representative gave me a service request number (156-218795) stating that he would escalate it to higher authorities and to give him 24 hrs and would get back with a resolution. Its more than 72 hours but still I have not recieved any resolution.
I called the ezeego customer care again and was provuded with the Bank authorization code (633727) for the transaction and I contacted my bank with this but was informed that they cannot pull any details with this. However I was informed by the ezeego representative that they would send the screen shot of the transaction if the Authorization code is of no use. Could anyone look into this and help me with a resolution? Expecting a resolution to this problem at the earliest.
